ABOUT US

STATEMENT OF FAITH

There is one true God, YHVH (The Lord), the revealed eternal Creator of all.

There is one people (Israel) with whom YHVH has made His covenant, not based on ancestry, ethnicity, religion, nationality, or dispensation.

There is one way for all people to enter his covenant. We must each repent of self-determinism and accept YHVH’s terms for purification and holiness, for life under His reign.

His provision for everlasting purification, set in place from the foundation of the world, came in the person of Yeshua haMashiach (Jesus the Messiah). He is the Son of God and Lamb from heaven who died and resurrected to serve as our spiritual Kohen haGadol (High Priest). It is through His function that we now confess our sin and are made in right legal standing in YHVH's covenant.

Our obligation for abundant, and eternal life in His covenant kingdom is to walk in his Torah (instructions for life), as defined in the books of Moses, the Prophets, the Writings, and the Apostolic writings, which all agree.

In so doing, we abide by these practices in our gatherings:

  • Remembering the Sabbath day (7th day of the week) to keep it holy (set-apart).

  • Following YHVH’s calendar, appointed times and feasts:

    • Pesach (Passover)

    • Chag haMatzot (Unleavened Bread)

    • Chag Shavuot (Pentecost)

    • Yom Teruah (Trumpets)

    • Yom Kippurim (Atonement)

    • Chag Sukkot (Tabernacles)

    • Shemini Atzeret (The 8th Day)

  • Eating according to the biblical definition of what is permissible for food.

  • Upholding the whole Bible as a valid and applicable authority in our lives.

Through prayer and study, fear and trembling, we are to work out our own salvation. We recognize and support individual family sovereignty and the duty of each to pursue Truth. All other details of doctrine and theology may be discussed in patience and love among the brethren.

"If you love me, guard my mitzvot."
